We have a mandatory 30 day window from the time the customer signs up, to the time we convert it to an affiliate sale.
In the event that a customer cancels their account before 30 days, the sale will not be credited in your affiliate sale.
Thankfully, we have a very high retention rate and very few customers cancel before the initial 30 days.
